Parent Instructions for KISS Aquatics

New system flows can be difficult so here are all the shortcuts and hints to make it as easy as possible.

Getting Started Guide

1. Download Momence App

   Search for "Momence" in your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) and download the free app.

2. Create Your Parent Account

   Open the Momence app and create your parent account using your email address and a secure password.

3. Add in Your Children Accounts

   Once logged in, you'll need to add your children as participants:

   • Navigate to the menu and select "Participants" or "Family Members"
   • Click "Add Participant" or the "+" button
   • Enter your child's information (name, date of birth, etc.)
   • Save the profile
   • Repeat for each child in your family
4. Navigate Your Children's Accounts

   To switch between your children's accounts:

   • Go to the main menu
   • Select "Participants" or tap on the current participant's name
   • Choose which child you want to book for
   • The app will now show available classes for that child
5. Select a Member Package

   Important: Each child in the family needs their own INTRO package before booking regular classes.

   • Browse available packages in the app
   • Select the appropriate INTRO package for each child
   • Complete the purchase for each child individually
6. Book Flow for Appointments

   Once packages are purchased:

   • Select the child you want to book for
   • Browse available class times
   • Select your preferred date and time
   • Confirm the booking
   • You'll receive a confirmation email and in-app notification
7. View Child Account Page

   To view your child's schedule and booking history:

   • Select the child from your participants list
   • View their upcoming classes
   • Check booking history
   • Manage cancellations if needed (subject to our cancellation policy)
